Key "F12" is not working in XDev

When I use Blackbox in WINE I cant press F12

Is there another way of collecting the module like pressing a button with the mouse?

Use XDev\Build in menu. There is also XDev\Compile for F11.

And F11 works?
If yes, maybe you just need to re-download XDev distribution where the problem is fixed.

Yes, undoubtedly. Theoretically.
In practice, for this we need to write code that will be detect this event (such a mouse button click) and call the procedure XDevCmd.OfrontBuild. As I know, there is not a provided standard method to do it in BlackBox distribution. Needs to write non-standard event handler.

So, as you can see, BlackBox is very flexible for any improvements. Maybe click-n-build is not a very good idea, but it can be implemented at the cost of small efforts.

Its a WINE/linux problem, F12 brings up a linux menu, any other F key will work

Then you can try to use any other key (or key combination) instead of F12 - both of the keys are defined XDev/Rsrc/Menus.odc

It may not start if it still detects a faulty or incorrect key. You may need to cut open both keys and put the working fob internals inside the working key.
